FINANCIAL PROFILE

Profitable and stable businesses with strong free cashflow, preferably with significant tangible assets and at least 20-years of operating history

SELLER PROFILE

We are interested in acquiring any business that fits our investment criteria. However, we focus on acquisitions requiring a special understanding of the business or special involvement during and after a sale such as helping founder or family-owned companies transition to new ownership

As operators we recognize that no company is perfect and most have challenges to overcome. We have the experience and capacity to find ways to address these challenges, see and create value and make transactions work well for both the buyer and seller. The list below offers a few examples of challenges we have overcome in prior investments:

  • Revenue, customer or contract concentration
  • Lack of CEO or CFO
  • Low topline growth or significant growth yet to be realized
  • Declining revenues or run-off of a major contract
  • Lack of audited financials
